SHIPPING POLICY
At Les Créations de VmZ, each order is prepared with care, and every creation requiring production is handmade.
Production and preparation times
Creations made to order generally require a production time of 5 to 10 working days before dispatch, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page or during the ordering process.
This timeframe corresponds to the time needed to handcraft your creation and does not include the carrier’s delivery time.
During periods of high demand or in particular circumstances, the production time may exceptionally be extended. Where this is likely to affect the timeframe announced when the order was placed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
For items already available and not requiring production, the order is prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible.
The delivery date or timeframe applicable to the order is indicated to the customer during the ordering process, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Delivery methods
Orders are shipped using the delivery methods offered and available at the time the order is placed, in particular Colissimo and, where available for the relevant destination, Mondial Relay.
The customer selects the delivery method from the options available during checkout.
The availability of certain delivery methods may vary depending on the destination, weight, parcel dimensions or services offered by the carriers.
Delivery times
The carrier’s delivery time is added to any production and preparation time stated above.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier selected and the destination.
Where estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier or displayed during checkout, they are communicated to the customer for information purposes, without prejudice to the delivery date or timeframe that Les Créations de VmZ is legally required to meet.
Where no delivery date or timeframe is specified, the order will be delivered within the period provided for by applicable regulations.
Delivery areas
Les Créations de VmZ delivers to mainland France and to the European Union countries available during checkout.
The availability of the various delivery methods may vary depending on the destination.
If a destination is not available during checkout, delivery to that destination is not available through the store at that time.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated according to the destination, the selected delivery method and the conditions applicable to the order.
The amount is shown to the customer before final confirmation and payment of the order.
Delivery within mainland France may be free above the minimum order amount displayed on the store at the time of purchase.
Any free-delivery offers are subject to the conditions displayed on the store at the time the order is placed.
Delivery address
The customer is advised to carefully check that the delivery address provided during checkout is complete and accurate.
Any error identified should be reported to Les Créations de VmZ as soon as possible and, where possible, before the order is dispatched, at:

Once the order has already been handed over to the carrier, the possibility of changing the delivery address will depend on the carrier’s terms and available options.
Order tracking
Where the carrier offers a tracking service, the information required to track the parcel will be communicated to the customer after dispatch or made available through the relevant service.
The tracking information provided by the carrier allows the customer to follow the main stages of the order’s delivery.
Responsibility during transport
Where a carrier offered by Les Créations de VmZ is used, Les Créations de VmZ remains responsible for the proper performance of the delivery under the conditions provided by applicable regulations.
The risk of loss or damage to the order passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the parcel.
In the event of loss, damage or any problem during transportation, the customer is invited to contact Les Créations de VmZ so that the necessary steps can be taken with the carrier.
Les Créations de VmZ will deal with the carrier where its legal responsibility for delivery is engaged.
Delivery delays
In the event of a delay compared with the announced delivery date or timeframe, the customer is invited to contact Les Créations de VmZ at:

The consumer benefits from the rights provided by the French Consumer Code in the event of delayed or failed delivery, including, under the conditions laid down by law, the right to request delivery within an additional reasonable period and, where the legal conditions are met, to terminate the contract.
Nothing in these provisions limits the consumer’s statutory rights.
Receipt of the order
Upon receipt of the parcel, the customer is advised to check its condition and the condition of its contents.
If the parcel is visibly damaged or if any problem is identified on delivery, the customer is invited, where possible, to take photographs of the parcel and its contents and to contact Les Créations de VmZ promptly at:

Photographs may help facilitate the handling of the request and any necessary steps with the carrier.
However, the absence of photographs, reservations made with the carrier or immediate notification does not deprive the consumer of the guarantees and rights granted by law.
Packaging
Orders are prepared in packaging suited to the nature, weight and dimensions of the creations being shipped in order to protect them during transportation.
Particular care is taken when packaging the creations in order to preserve their condition until delivery.
