RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
At Les Créations de VmZ, each creation is carefully handmade.
Right of withdrawal
For products to which the right of withdrawal applies, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise this right without having to provide a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Les Créations de VmZ of your decision before the end of this period, either by using the model withdrawal form available in the Terms and Conditions of Sale or by any other clear and unambiguous statement expressing your wish to withdraw.

After informing Les Créations de VmZ of your decision, you have a maximum period of 14 days to return the product.
Unless otherwise stated, the direct cost of returning the product is borne by you.
The product must be properly protected and packaged for return.
You may handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning. Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary may give rise to liability under the conditions provided by law.
Return or cancellation request
Where an order is covered by the right of withdrawal, you may submit your request directly from your customer account on the store, where this feature is available, or contact Les Créations de VmZ at:

A request submitted through the customer account does not alter the legal conditions governing the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised, for which the right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, may not be returned simply because you have changed your mind.
Personalised creations
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised, in particular, for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
Accordingly, where a creation is made specifically according to your customisation choices — including colour, finish, dimensions, accessories or other characteristics offered when placing the order — the right of withdrawal will not apply where the creation actually meets the legal definition of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
The mere fact that a creation is handmade or made to order is not, by itself, sufficient to exclude the right of withdrawal.
Where the right of withdrawal does not apply due to the personalisation of a creation, you will be informed before confirming your order.
This exclusion does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a defective or non-conforming product.
Handmade nature of the creations
Each Les Créations de VmZ creation is handmade.
As a result, slight variations in dimensions, shape, yarn tension, positioning or finish may occur from one item to another.
These characteristics are inherent to handmade production, contribute to the unique nature of each creation and do not, in themselves, constitute a defect or lack of conformity.
However, if your creation arrives damaged, has a defect affecting its use or does not correspond to the characteristics selected when placing your order, please contact Les Créations de VmZ so that the situation can be reviewed and an appropriate solution offered in accordance with your rights.
The consumer’s statutory guarantees remain fully applicable.
Refund in the event of withdrawal
Where the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, Les Créations de VmZ will refund the amounts paid in respect of the relevant order, including the delivery costs corresponding to the standard delivery method offered when the order was placed.
The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date on which Les Créations de VmZ is informed of your decision to withdraw.
For the sale of goods, Les Créations de VmZ may withhold the refund until the product has been recovered or until you provide proof that it has been dispatched, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless you expressly agree to another method that does not incur any additional costs.
If you expressly chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery option offered when placing the order, the additional cost will not be refunded.
Return costs
Where the return results from the simple exercise of the right of withdrawal, the direct return costs are borne by the customer, unless Les Créations de VmZ states otherwise.
However, where a return is justified by a lack of conformity covered by a statutory guarantee, the costs necessary to bring the product into conformity are not borne by the consumer.
Damaged or non-conforming products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or does not conform to your order, please contact Les Créations de VmZ as soon as possible at:

To help assess the situation, photographs of the product and its packaging may be requested where relevant.
This procedure does not limit or condition the exercise of the statutory guarantees available to the consumer.
